Are you going to observe Earth Hour today? Why/why not?
Nothing at all. While I'm not opposed to shutting everything off for an hour to show support, I'm also not going to sit in the dark for it right at the kids bedtime. Sunset here is at 7:48 PM, and earth hour is from 8:30 to 9:30 PM. Doing it at night is both inconvenient and counterproductive because it only makes people more aware of how important energy usage is, and not how cool it is to save it.
How good are you at saying "no"?
I don't have a problem saying no, but I'm also old enough and smart enough to, most times, try not to say the actual word "no" unless it's necessary.

Do you stay away from healthy nuts because of their calories?
I don't stay away from healthy nuts, for the most part. They can be expensive though, which is a limiting factor for how many I consume.
Why is it so hard for ppl to apologize?
Because it often means that they are wrong. Part of our epistemic framework is the belief that we are right, and being right aids in our survival. Being wrong challenges that on a fundamental level, so being wrong seems like a threat.
What is your typical day like?
Get up around 6:20 A.M., get the kids fed a dressed for school, get ready for work, go to work, come home, make dinner, clean up, fall asleep watching the news, wake up, play with the kids for a bit, put them to bed, talk to my wife, go down stairs and queue up some YouTube videos to watch while I work out, work out, work out for an hour or so, finish watching the videos I started while checking Facebook and Twitter, then go to bed around midnight. Or something like that.
Which one would you rather have .. a lifetime of nightmares evey night or a lifetime of it being almost impossible to even fall asleep no matter how tired you are?
Nightmares. I could get sort of used to that as a norm at some point, but I'd be more rested than not being able to sleep at all.

In the broadest sense, yes. I stay informed about US events and politics, as well as cursory knowledge of events and politics elsewhere.

Don't smoke and put away more in savings. Because smoking is bad for you and compound interest is something you can't fake.
