How to get skinny in 3 months without going to the gym?
Eat right. This means:-No refined sugar - Good fats (avocadoe, almonds) - Good quality protein (meat not shakes) - Get rid of the cereals they are garbage - Drink between 2 to 4 litres of FILTERED water a day - Have some sort of probiotic - Ditch the take out and buy whole foods and cook them - Stop drinking unless its gin and tonic (no sugar) - Go for a walk EVERY DAY even if its for ten minutesDo this religously and I will garauntee you will lose at least 15% body fat percentage in 3 months.
Has anyone ever felt like they've gone too far with something but feel like they have to keep that stance based on principle?
Yes.. but I caved because my prode and or principles wernt as important as the negative outcome that was bound to occur as a result of my decision. Its a sign of strength and good leadership if you can put aside your pride for the overall benefit of your team.
Used to have a nerf turret set up in my office. It was way more fun when they hadnt had their coffee yet.
Have you frozen some of your eggs?
I did actually. Its an old trick back in the day when we used to have egg fights. We would freeze one or two the night before; it would turn a harmless eggfight into an unknown sconning headache. You wouldnt know who or when. 👿

Yes.. they are great for road trips and when im having a relax on the beach.
