I'm surprised at myself today I kept my cool, a guest in work said his coffee was too weak and asked for a new one and he poured the old coffee on the floor. Which is unnecessary I just smiled and said ill get you a new coffee,

If someone did that I probably ask them not to do that and would got them a new one but if they did kick off I would get back up
