- what's the downside of falling in love?
In my experience, the disadvantage is allowing your heart to be vulnerable, and pouring your very soul into another person (or at least I do, I love hard). In making yourself vulnerable, you open up the deepest parts of your heart. And honey you might as well put a target on it and stand in a shooting range! I've done the ‘in love' thing. It always destroys you in the end. It's far better to love everyone in a platonic way, than to fall in love and pin your hopes on one person. Love is endless, share it. The more you give, the more it comes back to you in beautiful ways.
