Hello again :) Why do you think that cloning isn't successful? Except the thing that you are using shortened("damaged") DNA of a person.Would there be any difference if you used person's DNA sample from younger age(when person was born)?

Cloning is successful, scientists introduced first cloned organism it was a goat but not on human beings, it is against the law of nature, and there is difference between cloning n genetic engineering if you want to get a cure,
Damaged DNA is not the shortened DNA ,
Like in Cancer DNA is damaged , and aging of a person it is because of Shortening of Chromosomes ( because of telomerase)
And yes there is difference if you use DNA of young individuals (functional difference ).
