Let's just say you have a teenage child and you caught them smoking cigarettes, what would you do?

Julie and I have to talk about it, but theres an ass whooping in there somewhere then we have to spend more time with the kids to keep them engaged and occupied off drugs. Ilyimu JulieXoxo 🥰
You sit them down to discuss the tobacco industry, peer pressure, safety, the use of nicotine to keep active customers at the cost of their health, and have an honest talk as to why they smoke.
i would soak the pack with water and make sure the are fully aware of the consequences of picking up a smoking habit. if they want to continue behind my back that's their choice that will affect their life in the long run, but as long as they're not of legal age to smoke and under my roof i will do my best to keep them away from that habit.
also, a protip for quitting: buy a bag of dum-dums suckers. whenever they feel like having a smoke, encourage them to grab a sucker and eat it instead of smoking. it's a really great replacement for it imo
I'd show him autopsy photos of what black lungs look like the 1st time. Then, 2nd time(if) I'd force him to watch a lung transplant procedure if I caught him again.
I have a adult child so I’ve already been through that , personally I’m strict I made them drug test and took them for drives to talk . Offer more family friendly activities make sure your active in raising them obviously have the annoying health talk that no teenagers want to hear but also give examples of the effects it can have over time children are visual learners . I’m also a big fan of making it personal we have a couple of grandparents that died of cancer and copd remind them
