I don't. If someone isn't going to put forth any effort into a conversation or question there isn't really a point. Just like all the questions on here that just say "hi". With such low effort posts they just get deleted.
Now if you are talking to someone one on one you can excuse a few of those here or there, but if all you are getting back are one or two word answers and nothing to continue the conversation it's time to let them know you would like to have an actual conversion and not have too carry it all yourself. Be honest but be direct.
Not typically unless it is bothersome and then i look at the label to avoid that material in the future.

I would recommend jayz 2 cents for more tech information along with Linus tech tips. Beau of the fifth coloum and Brian Tyler Cohen for political information and commentary, cgp gray, kurzgesagt, minute earth, and the info graphic show for sciencey info shows, game theory, tierzoo, b mo the prince for entertainment... I mean what void are you looking to fill?
Constantly. There are a few i would really like to live in in Nordic/Icelandic countries but the language barrier would be very difficult to overcome for me.
