To add to my last answer... how can I tell him that I've started self-harming again? I'm just a wreck that he has to put up with and I love him too much and agh. I don't want to scare him away, I guess... Any help would be incredible. :/ <3

Alright don't ever think your not good enough!! Because I can tell you now, if he wanted someone else then he wouldn't be with you!!
It's pretty simple, you are never not good enough, you see imperfections where I'm guessing he sees perfections, and I'm exactly like you in this instance. You just have to be positive and know that he loves you for you.
Why have you started self harming again??
As for telling him, you have to be honest, sit him down plain and straight tell him exactly how you feel about and tell him exactly why you have started self harming.
I'm sure if your honest and listen to him, he won't get scared away.
You should try to stop self harming, try the 15minute challenge or the butterfly challenge they both work for people.
You aren't a wreck!! You are just another lost soul caught up in your own thoughts. You just need to keep positive and think about the people around you.

How do you like to start your morning?
I would like to say "by staying in bed till the afternoon" but that's not a reality....
As much as I wish it was.

Yeah this is a hard situation I can tell...
You can't make someone forgive you, she's probably really upset and maybe even a little hurt.
My suggestion is give her some space and let her think it over, you have to apologise then just let it be.
If she talks to you about it be completely honest and don't lie.
You have to be pre-pared for the fact that she many never forgive you and I can promise you she will never forget it.
But you have to let it run it's course and hope for the best. Just don't push it leave it a few days or weeks and see how it goes.
Sorry my advice isn't that good but I hoped I have helped you out a bit
