How do you know when you've found real love?

Now I've left this question because I was unsure on how to give you an exact answer,
It's hard to tell someone what real love is if you've never felt real love.
I believe real love is something that is felt not said.
I think only you can feel it and it's different for everyone.
I'm sorry I can't give you your exact answer that you want
But love cannot be defined by words, it's an action, a feeling, something that we never really fully understand but when it is the right person your answer will come to you :)

How do I know if I'm pansexual or bi.

Well I don't like to do this and it would be so much easier if I can have 2 photos, but if you look further down (like 3 questions)
I've attached the one for bisexuality, and it's not matter of having to be one or the other,

People I know laugh when I say I think I'm pansexual?

Well, don't listen to them.
You are different and that is amazing
They are just stupid for laughing because we should accept no matter what we are. I couldn't care less what sexuality you are, just as long as you respect me I'll respect you.
Honestly don't be afraid of the stupidity in society.

I would if it was a celebration of you not cutting after a period of time.

Okay, so
That was someone close to me, I haven't had much to do with them, I don't think they wanted to be admin they were never active and they sorta thought it as a stupid Idea.
Fair enough.
I'm sorry there has been so much change in the admins here but if they aren't active they get kicked.

How do I bring that one up with my parents? I'm already on something that lowers my blood pressure so I can sleep ( I have add/ADHD)

Well, just tell them that you haven't been sleeping too well lately, and you would like to see a doctor about it for your own health.
Just tell them that you didn't want to get really sick so do they mind you seeing a doc or something about it

Yeah, I have a weird strand of insomnia... Or well I had or have I dont know
My doctor was a bit shady with the explaining of it.
I can mostly only sleep 4hrs a night solid then I wake up and can't get back to sleep.
It's way strange
I hope you're okay though?

Bad is subjective,
4hrs isn't great it's not healthy, 6 is really the bare minimum.
I suggest you talk to someone about it or even just try and make yourself sleep more.
See a doctor if you can sleep any more than 4hrs.
I've been through this period except mine was only 2-3hrs a night sometimes none.
It's not healthy and I struggled.
I hope you are okay and you should see someone if you really can't fix it
