There’s a girl I met who seemed very happy to meet me, but after that I’ve been treated badly by her and can’t get ahold of her anymore. What should I do?

It's obvious, you dodged a bullet. Don't pursue it.

He keeps lying about his habits of looking up other girls. Do I continue the relationship ?

If he is lying to you, it is best if you end the relationship. He cannot be trusted and doesn't want to change.

Leave the room, let them get dressed and later discuss what just transpired with my partner.

Age when you first sip an alcohol? How was it?

Do you control your anxiety? How?

It has been difficult, but I use self control. If it is extreme, I take medication, but try to control it on my own.I find a positive distraction. I go somewhere that has a safe and comforting environment. I go to a restaurant that has relaxing music that helps me get through it.

2) He broke up with me and then ghosted me. I was 21. I was so lost and homeless. I kept texting him but he never replied. I was alone. No parents. Then out of the blue— in March 2016, he finally reached out. I was depressed in my bed for 2 months while he ghosted me.

And how are you doing now? I hope your situation has improved.
