I usually try to go to sleep, 2 or 3 in the morning. I have difficulty falling asleep.
I’m depressed and I feel like I have no purpose or importance. I’m so lonely. If I go off anon and reach out to you will you be my friend? I’m desperate at this point. I need the support and I’ll be there for you too.
I also suffer from depression for decades. It is not easy. If you would like to unburden yourself, I will listen to you. I think you can find a purpose, if you try. You are important even if you you think you are not. I don't know if you are male or female, but maybe you can meet someone who can see the good in you. I have done that and it has given me purpose. Maybe you can meet someone who is caring and compassionate. If you meet such a person, it will change your outlook on life. Have you thought about individual counseling or group therapy? There may be a support group that you can be a part of. Try to meet people with similar interests.You may want to look into something called meet up. It is in major cities in the country. You could meet people who share your interests. You may be able to meet people through single mixers. You can Google single mixers in your city. Meetup has many groups of interest. I am sure you will find something. I hope hope you will look into, what I have just written you. I think there is something there for you. You don't have to be alone.
