I don’t feel very well today, my chest is hurting, but I did lots of house work this morning, I had a nap when my partner got up and then I went and met my mom to go shopping and to get my daughter who had been at her house

Not really morning now 🤣 I'm doing ok, got a week off this week and now at the doctors to get my grandad checked out

I’m not too bad thanks. My chronic exhaustion is not having a good day, getting wiped out just pottering next-door to the bathroom.

I'm OK, just extremely tired and have a constant headache, and a pain in my foot which I think is from the massage a few weeks ago (I think it moved muscles around broken metatarsals in my foot so now it's all owww). How are you?
Today's plans are work, food shopping, making dinner, and hopefully getting more sleep than last night! What about you?
