Do you mean take something for pain or what? If for pain from cramps i usually take ibuprofen or tylenol.

Ibuprofen. Pain reliever if you don’t feel like eating something on top of the ibuprofen. If you get headaches or migraines during your cycle, excedrin. Water to stay hydrated.

Midol. =) That stuff is so strong that even though it says take two, I find taking one works better for me, as if I take two if would just make me fall asleep. It's the only medicine I've tried for that, that's kicked in really fast. =)
