Let's just say for arguments sake, ghosts are real. If they're from the 1800s or earlier, have they seen technology develop through time or do they think the world is now full of witchcraft?
I recon time for them stands still. Time happens all at once simultaneously, so I recon they are still seeing the light echoes of their time.
