Are you a good person ?
Not even a little in the beginning. I am the closest thing to an honest person you will ever meet. If you are in the select group of people I care for I will do anything and everything for you, to help you, to protect you. If you are anyone else meh. Catch me on a good day or if I can get more joy out of fucking up someone else's thing then maybe.
Do you think humans will last another 1,000 years?
They shouldn't but yes. If they can 3-D print organs and find a way to make it almost believable that it could be affordable yes.

1) People are not nearly as clever, smart, wity, or intelligent as they feel they are.
2) Everyone claims they care about someone else yet their actions are all about self-preservation, self-gratification, I I mememe. No one gives to charity because they want to help someone they give because of the way it makes THEM feel.
3) The almost unfathomable level of denial people display when it comes to religion.
4) Their newfound willingness to allow people to say the MOST RIDICULOUS shit ever and support it. News flash children; the world is a very uncaring unjust and unforgiving place that doesn't give a shit about what you feel owed or entitled to.
5) Whoever had the idea that instead of telling someone they are wrong about something we'll just redefine what that thing is. Whoever had that initial idea should have been drug out into the street and shot. Repeatedly. In all existing and non-existing genitalia. Just cover all the bases.

Without lying to yourself you can't. I tend not to get caught up in what other people's intent or motives for things are right up until it starts disrupting my life. Then we have a problem.

I somehow have the uncanny ability to ____ at just the right time. Bail out, stop talking, leave, switch things up, etc. I have treaded the "thin fine line" for so long I'm going to start claiming it as a dependent. Or would it claim me as one?

I don't believe anyone changes because they want to. Things, events, etc happen which drive change within people.
