Been there. Depende sayo kung e fofollow mo pero you could cry your heart out for max of 10 minutes, after that you take a shower and set aside muna whatever it is that's worrying/bothering you. If you want to pass, then start studying, you could start with the most recent/easier topics muna just to set the momentum. After the exam, feel free to do anything that will help you cope and feel better.

Go and breakdown. Wag mo pigilan. I remember before na pinigilan ko magbreakdown until exams were over. Naisip ko, ipunin ko na lahat para mas maraming mai-iyak after. Then bam! I failed most of it because I took them with my overflowing emotions, begging to be released. Wala yung focus. Di ako okay. Kaya go and release that dark emotions. Don't let them rent free in you.
