আমরা যে কোন বিষয়ে মানুষকে শান্তনা দেই but দেখা যায় একি জিনিস নিজের সাথে ঘটলে depression-এ পড়ে যাই/হতাশ হয়ে যাই ।একটা ফেক স্মাইল দিয়ে দেখাই আমি ঠিক আছি। তাহলে আমাদের কি করা উচিত? আগে নিজেকে ঠিক করা না অন্যকে খালি শান্তনা দিয়ে যাওয়া?
