Whose the most vindictive villain, from your experience?

Before we start, we have to be clear that to be vindictive means "having or showing a strong or UNREASONING desire for revenge." This means that the villain I pick will have almost no reasoning for revenge or their revenge is beyond reasoning or justification. This for me would rule out villains such as Shylock from "Merchant of Venice" as his revenge was fuelled by the betrayal of his only family, her daughter; his vengeance is a "nothing to lose" scenario and fuelled by emotion. It also rules out characters such as Two Face. Whilst he does look for revenge to some extent against society and Batman, his revenge is overshadowed by his psychosis and he gets side-tracked by greed. We're also looking for a true villain - someone who is as close to being a genuine bad guy. This eliminates people such as Vegeta (DBZ) and Dyne (FF7) as they aren't truly evil characters, rather subjected to great tragedy that plagues them.
So we're looking for a character that is not only a genuine 'bad guy', but also all about an unreasonable quest for revenge. Therefore I've got to go with...Maleficent from Disney's "Sleeping Beauty". The entire reasoning behind her curse against Princess Aurora is that she wasn't invited to the royal celebration of Aurora's birth, held by the Royal Family (King Stefan and Queen Leah). So basically the ENTIRE story of "Sleeping Beauty" (at least the Disney version) is all because an evil magic diva bitch got pissy that she wasn't invited to a party. Also, look at the extent she goes to get her revenge, ultimately resulting in her death.
This makes her my pick for the most vindictive villain of all time.

What I best explain to the boys and girls following me is that 'Jager' is the English spelling of the German word 'Jäger' which means 'hunter'. I can say for a fact that I do have those moves (oh Michael, how deliberately deliciously ironic your wording is) like a hunter, assuming that hunter in currently having his legs eaten by a lion.
