What of the argument that the play 'Macbeth' is entirely psychological? The first lines Macbeth says in the play: 'So foul and fair a day I have not seen' and this seems to echo the word-choice of the Weird Sisters: 'When the battle's lost and won'. Is there an unconscious link from the start?

What do you make of the rising threat of North Korea?

I was just talking about this with my fiancée this morning. Honestly, it's like North Korea are BEGGING the USA to come and have a go if they think they're hard enough. We're talking about a country that not only went to war under false pretences, but would eventually kick their asses. Even China - CHINA - has advised North Korea not to pull this shit. I'm not an advocate of war, but if North Korea keep pushing the USA, what other response will America have?

What would you do if you couldn’t disable anonymous questions?

To be honest, I don't disable them anyway. I just ban people who annoy me. Yes you can ban anonymous people.

I have been thinking of starting up an internet project, essentially video essays and reviews of books. Not the trying to be funny sort, but definitely the trying to be interesting sort. Is this a good idea? And what kind of internet project do you think I should try doing?

Absolutely, but it does require some ego. At the end of the day if you enjoy it, then do it, but don't expect over-night success. Obviously you're smart enough to know that. Honestly, I wouldn't mind seeing you take topics that are generally considered complex and helping people like me understand them, in order to try and get people interested in learning more.

Which four writers of the last 100 years would you most have liked to have had a drink with and why?

So any writer from 1913 to 2013 hmmm. Stephen Fry is on the list because he is such a wonderful intellect whilst remaining humble. Terry Prachett & Neil Gaiman are definites as I imagine they'd be a great laugh. Finally Mick Foley because he's so eloquent and kind. What? You were hoping I'd pick peeps who are dead and gone? Nope - these are my four.

If you would only hand your 18 year old self a letter and you'd trust him not to open it, what would this teach yourself? And how would it have affected the rest of your days so far?

I trust myself. If we're talking about the letter I gave myself in the last question I answered (i.e. lottery numbers) then I'd be richer.

If you could go back to your 18 year old self, what would you say to him?

I would hand him an envelope with lottery numbers and I would say;
"Do not open until the date on the front of the envelope."
I would trust my future self to not succumb to curiosity.

Do you know how to find out if someone’s blocked you?

No idea and I don't care. If someone blocks me, so be it.

To be taller. I'd like to be 5'11". 'bout it really. Nothing else I'd change.

Yes, very much so. Would love to refine my work enough to warrant cross-over work with the likes of Linkara, Spoony, Nash and PushingUpRoses.

Ever felt tempted by a PSP? They're worth it for the PSN alone, in my opinion.

Never actually and I doubt I ever will. If someone got me one, I suppose I could make use of it.
