Reality are the constants that we can determine by the senses of the majority. Though our senses are limited, there is a vast majority that can agree on what exists in the physical world beyond argument - the ground we walk on, the water we drink, the fire that burns. Much is still left to argue - do we truly exist? Ultimately the question is pointless; whether we are 'real' or the figments of another's imagination, we have a self-awareness to the extent that we exist within the confines of our own universe. The people we see when we dream exist in their own universe and act within the reality defined by the parameters of that universe. We exist within the parameters of our own universe, which we are still learning. The boundaries we exist in is reality. The limitations we have on our state of being is reality. Reality does not exist in one form; reality in an ironic way is a creation of mankind. We are desperate to prove we matter, so we question our own existence in a bid to prove that not only do we exist, but that we deserve to. Do the people we dream about deserve to exist? In weird ways, I tend to find that the people I dream about are wiser than I could hope to be; they generally don't care whether they are real or just a dream. They exist and are real enough to each other and that is enough for them.

I would change only two things.

#1 - A complete change to canon law, making Priest/Confession-er (not a real word, I know) confidentiality at the same level in terms of legal status as that of doctor/patient and therapist/client confidentiality. So if the police or FBI can obtain a warrant to access that confidential information as they can with doctors and therapists, then the Church must obey.

#2 - Remove the tax-empt status of ALL religious institutions. Churches will be forced to pay taxes as they are in a business that is trying to gain control of the world. They are no better than a political party pining for World domination or a Coporation trying to gain a Monopoly in the world's most power industry. They manufacture lies and propaganda to attract the faithful - their customers. As an entity, they're worse than Fox. The Roman Catholic Church alone has over $1billion in its vaults and yet with all their money, they preach against greed - don't even get me started on Scientology.

These are the only changes I'd make. People need to be allowed to explore their faith and as evil as Religion is, there is something to be said for faith. Besides, if you bring down Religion, a new more powerful evil will take its place.

My first order of business would be to scrap the WWE Movies department and redirect the funding for that department into the mid-card salaries as well as re-investing back into the company account. I would then re-instate the brand separation, followed by an immediate draft. I would take the Main Event talent and put them into one draft and then place the rest of the talent in another, with only the divas being allowed to move to either show (in order to get them more exposure). The superstars would be drafted via lottery - in the confines of a non-publicised dinner event held at the HQ, thus giving the event a more positive tone with the superstars. Once the draft is done, I would assign the creative teams and sign Paul Heyman to the position of Head of Creative, stipulating in the contract that he answers only to the CEO of the WWE, meaning he can supersede both Triple H (Paul Laveque) and Stephanie McMahon Laveque. The new creative teams will have until Wrestlemania to pre-plan their storylines as the first Raw following Wrestlemania 29 will play the host of the draft lottery, which will mirror the results of the actual draft that was held in private. All this would be signed and agreed upon in contract form for at least the period of one year, so people change nothing the second I leave.

My second order of business would be changing Championship designs. The WWE Championship, Divas Championship and the Tag Team Championships would get a redesign. The WWE Championship would be redesigned to reflect its prestige and history, looking somewhere between the attitude era title and the Undisputed Championship. The Divas Championship would eventually become the WWE Women's Championship, through a storyline involving Paige in a jump from NXT to Raw/Smackdown. The Tag Team Championships would be once again divided into the WWE Tag Team Championships and the WWE Tag Team Championships, and would adopt the designs they had previously, only with a modern day twist. Absolutely no belts in my WWE would be platinum. They're called "the gold" for a good reason!

Third order of business would be to assign a far bigger budget for NXT. It would have a dedicated writing/production team and would ultimately answer to Paul Heyman, but I would allow Paul Heyman the exclusive right to hire an assistant to oversee NXT creative on his behalf. A special financial management team would be brought in to assist Mr. Heyman and his assistant(s) to ensure that the mistakes made in ECW are not made in NXT. Ultimately the CEO and Vice President (Triple H) would be able to overrule decisions made on NXT with approval from the WWE Board of Directors.

Finally (my answers have character limit sadly) I would sign myself a five year contract as Executive Vice President of Creative, stating in my contract a respectable salary and that I can only be fire for gross acts of misconduct - essentially it would be an iron clad contract for the next 5 years.
