“When we think of someone who will pass away on a Jumm'ah, or whilst praying in a Masjid, worshipping Allāh, reciting the Qur'an, or making zikr - most of us will think of a shaykh, a Hafiz, a wali, or an old pious man with a long white beard who grew up righteous from birth.Do you know what New Zealand taught us this Friday? No one knows anyone's ending so we shouldn't judge or look down upon others. Amongst the martyrs - there may have been those who only prayed on Jumm'ah, or those who never had the physical appearance of a typical 'practising person', or those who had not memorised anything, or those who were looked down upon, or those who didn't grow up living an 'Islamic lifestyle' or those who didn't even grow up as Muslims. Yet Allāh loved them so much that He granted them martyrdom in a Masjid on a Jumm'ah - in the sacred month of Rajab and the whole world will be praying for them until the Final Day. May Allāh grant us a true realisation and bless us all with a beautiful ending.”-Muhammed Aslam #51Lives #Christchurch #newzealandmosqueattack #Newzealand #Muslim #Islam
