How do you vent your anger?
I do the most stupidest of things...
I let all my problems build up until I can't take it anymore, I sit in a room on my own with my earphones in & I punch things, I cry, I break things, I hurt myself, I shout at people who are close to me, bang my head off a wall, find sharp things... Because the pain is only temporary and I feel better for it afterwards..
That's how I deal with things and I've done it for years, I can't talk to people because people are fake, they judge you on what you tell them and I can't trust people..
