in our mind there are two forces constantly fight,the best way to defeated bad thought is to think positive ,think how amazing is your body and how is your body works ,your heart is beating it self and your lungs breath without any help ,how the whole solar system stay and work for billions of years ,look at sea mountains and amazing universe ,stars billions of light years away,there is some one who create this amazing world trust him he will listen you be patient ,best way to read quran translation it will help,now days lots of evil forces surround everywhere liars, cheaters, backbiters,jealous people ,creeps are helper of that evil forces but think there are few good people there stay with that good people make friendship with noble and nice people who have faith in God,always think that there is some one who create this amazing world and be thankful who beats your heart gives you eyesight gives you air for breath gives you food makes you the best of all creation.

each and every atoms in this universe make in pair even electron and proton or if you go smaller that atom to make everything in balance,Islam is name of balance life style,every one in this society has their unique role to make balance and every one will be judge by their role
as a man i have superiority in physical strength , because i have financial responsibility,i dint say that women are not strong but they have in strength in other manner,
if you ask me personally i say women are more powerful and have more responsibility in home,they have to build character of society and give good upbringing of future,control everything in budget ,that's why in one hadees prophet says there are three shares of mother and one share of father in their children.

dear sir/mem ,i am not scholar of Islam or something i just read translation of quran ,as per i know there is no ayat or verse like that in quran and you have to compare hadess with quran to make sure its authentic .if you tell me are you talking about girl and boy relation or any other relation ,you can express your self in any other relation but for marriage you need permission from guardian of girl ,you need proper way to make rishta. its not viable to approach girl directly without channel.
