no, not at all !!! I actually prefer to keep my relationships quiet since I don't like the attention with my anxiety. it would make me very uncomfortable if someone that I was dating tried to make a public statement out of our relationship, possibly even to the point where I'd cut it off. it just makes me way too uncomfortable and I think it isn't kind to other people to shove relationships down their throats for fun.

sometimes, it feels nice to feel appreciated and to be shown off. it's a preference thing imo, some people just aren't into it and that's ok but if you're w someone (like me) who enjoys the feeling of just a random pic being posted then i'll have to say it's pretty important to an extent. it's more or less just a quick lil way to make your s/o feel a lil happy/special:)
I don't think it's important, but I think it's a nice gesture. I hate when people assume that you don't love your S.O. if you don't post them. That's childish af, and I'm looking for maturity.
