I don't think that there's a right or wrong amount of time. I think it's more dependent on how you feel (:
if you're just coming out of a relationship and want to enter a new one, I'd think about whether you truly love this person and want to be with them for the rest of your life or if you're just using them as a rebound.
if they might be a rebound, it's probably a good idea to wait a little bit longer and reaccess later once things have settled down. if not, then go for it!
