It kind of depends on what type of therapist and what kind of therapy relationship you had.
I’m a speech language pathologist/therapist and my clients are children for example. I always let children decide what they want. If they want a hug, that’s totally fine with me.

Hmmm I would say either Skyrim, Dragon’s Dogma - Dark Arisen or Far Cry 5!
They do help, I often have trouble processing what’s being said and reading along helps me.
I don’t like to see spoilers. I barely ever watch trailers since they show so much of the movie already.

I always liked Indian holidays (like Diwali) and birthdays due to the big amount of good and delicious homemade foods being shared! In my opinion, absolutely nothing can beat this.
For my own holidays I like Christmas the most: we have a big breakfast with freshly baked bread, matzo, freshly made spiced tea, different spreads and this bread with almond paste in it. 🤤 during the day we don’t eat much, but during dinner we have our typical Dutch gourmet: grilling small pieces of meat and vegetables. I always like to make mini burgers and to season everything well. ☺️
I only drink vegan options. I like almond and oat milk 😄
I prefer to game the most in the afternoon! It’s just very relaxing to me. I also like gaming in the afternoon. The day doesn’t matter to me.
I have no empathy for people that purposely break rules and get consequences for it.
