I'll check it out...maybe not right away but sometime later today. Don't know what would be more exciting the hypnosis or the hard workout? lol
No worries. Do it when you can free yourself of distractions and are able to focus and get yourself into the right state of mind to relax and follow my words. I think a hard, hypnotized workout is very exciting. I'll place you into such a deep trance that you won't feel any pain and continue to keep pushing yourself for that extra burn.
