Trust me, I saw (drooling sound of Homer Simpson). I think I'm a Lakers fan now. lmao! Well, since I can't be there with you while you workout, I'll certainly gear some of our sessions to create a feeling as if I'm right there, pushing you to go one step further with each exercise. I'll even have you do some of my favorite routines! Under hypnosis and exercising...that'll be awesome! We gonna do this or what, Jess??? :P

Check out my ass...I mean ask in a few minutes to see the team I like. Omg you must go into beast mode. I haven't had a hard one in a while, but I like challenges to. Sounds like you would cripple me.

Trust me, every time I visit your Ask, I check out your ass :P haha, yeah, I love making it challenging and fresh each time. What's the point of working out if you're not going to sweat, right??? I wouldn't cripple you though. Need that lower half of your body in working order when I hypnotize you. ;)

Wow you must still be pretty fit though or at least you know how to get started and all the routines of working out. I love working out, but I'm sure if you were to put me through one of your workouts I'd be sore for days...I probably wouldn't be able to walk or move. I love watching basketball!

Who's your team? Yeah, the I'd kick your @$$! Only because I know you could handle it. lmao! I had one girl who could barely walk out of the gym after I was done with her. She loved it though cause she was fit as hell and didn't think she could be put through such a routine. I love challenging the body just about as much as I love challenging the mind! ;)

Congratulations! What do you do on your spare time other than make people does things they have no idea they're about to do? lol. Do you workout?

Well, I have to get back into my working out routine. I was a personal trainer a few years back. I plan to focus more on cardio/endurance rather than strength training. Possibly bust out my home gym equipment lmao! My daughter takes up a lot of my time, but I wouldn't have it any other way. She's a gift from God that I cherish more each day! Other than that, now that football season is over, I'll watch more basketball. My weekends are usually with my wife's family. So I keep pretty busy! :)

I think I read where you have a kid? Are you married?

It's my passion and my hobby. In another life, this probably would have been my profession. But I chose a different path. It worked out :)
