I don't think you're stupid. Not everyone is aware of what hypnosis is. But I can assure you it is safe. It's like the greatest state of relaxation and peace you can find :)

Can you just list all the steps to hypnotize someone here? Its much easier this way&i am curious
This is a very simple description just because it takes time, study and practice: 1) find somebody willing to be hypnotized, 2) take them on a mental journey of deep relaxation, making sure to not only guide the mind to relaxation, but the body as well, 3) once in a deep state of trance, continue to deepen the state while helping achieve desired results, 4) bring them back out of trance with suggestions of feeling wonderful and refreshed.

Deep relation means?
Feeling so relaxed that everything else just fades into the background. It'll be like feeling weightless, but heavy. Sleepy, but focused. Warm and extremely comfortable. No cares, worries, or concerns in the world. Completely free. That's generally how I'd describe this state. :)

That's what it sounds like to me. I truly do believe there are those out there with special gifts such as yours.
Do you believe someone can find a person's ENTIRE personality, weather or not they would get along well, a very close estimate on their date of birth and a close idea of what they look like just by talking to them online and saying 3-5 sentences? Cuz i can and dont know what to call this...
I do believe. And some would probably call that clairvoyance.
