That depends. Do you want me to choose what I'll make you do or do you have specific things you wish to do under my hypnosis? I start everyone with relaxation hypnosis, and then we go from there.

That's true, in some cases. It depends on the person and how deep into hypnosis they go. But two things: 1) a person, no matter how deeply hypnotized, will do something they are truly uncomfortable with or morally against and 2) you can be made to remember everything if that did happen. It's like waking from a dream. sometimes it sticks with you and other times it fades away. But it can be brought back.
