Are you an anxious person? If yes, what does cause this anxiety in you? I'm extremely anxious about future events. I'm constantly worrying about what might happen in next day or 10 years later or wether I will reach my dreams or not.
I used to be a very anxious person. Mostly it was sickness. I had a fear of getting extremely sick and I had a huge phobia of vomiting. Now my anxiety has really gotten better. I’m shocked that I’m not suffering from anxiety during these times. I thank God for that. I guess now that I have more trust in God than I used to. Don’t worry. That makes you gray early. Lol, but all jokes aside. Just believe that everything is going to be okay. Tell yourself that nothing will break your joy and your freedom. Just continue to move forward and tell all the Devil that he’s a liar.
