I' just curious to know can anyone tell me how can i make a t-bone steak tender before i put it in the oven or is it suspose to come out of hard...I was just wondering cause i had a t-bone steak with rice & gravy but the steak was hard...there was only one part of it that was tender
First off sir you need to marinate it with steak seasoning and depending on how big it is you want it to be juicy steak you do not want a hard stake because you can’t cut it with a knife ? it really has to be cooked in a skillet pan because it’s better to do so and make sure you cooked it until it’s medium rare gravy is for potatoes and have you had aaa Angus beef steak
