People need to stop trying to be therapists. If you really want to help somebody struggling with mental help tell them to get help. But not in a condescending way. If somebody thinks you’re telling them to get help the wrong way they’ll think your judging them. You aren’t therapists.
Have you ever wonder why people with drug addiction has to go to therapy because one day they will have kids I guess yes it’s not our problem but it cold be someone that is important that’s why there the ones that do need help and temper anger management it’s better to change than keep doing the same thing but in the end yes I agree
