Depends on the lake and the season. I typically can't go by a large body of water without skipping stones on it.

About average. In early summer I have a limit of about an hour in direct sunlight before I burn, but by the end of August it doesn't bother me too much.

I'm traumatized by my loneliness. I isolated for several years and I hate not having any company. I suffer from intense feelings of loneliness basically everyday especially when I'm about to go to sleep.
That sounds like you should probably seek professional help with that. While I can relate to your feelings, I would never have said loneliness traumatized me. AskFM isn't going to be the place for help with that particular problem.

Don't be. I didn't get here the easy way. It is an acquired trait, not an innate one. The first step for me was having things to do while I was alone, like meditating, that required me to be apart from others, and then scheduling a time for it daily. It not only taught me meditation, but that being alone didn't have to be unproductive OR lonely.
