What’s better - K-pop or American pop?
I prefer J-pop, so I'll have to say K-pop. American pop is OK, but it may have less of an appeal because I can understand all the lyrics and they tend to be rather sophomoric. J/K-pop is probably the same, but I can just listen to it for the beat.
Do you think there is a business opportunity for a chain of fast food restaurants which serve organically grown, healthy, food? Perhaps vegan food for those who take veganism too seriously?
It's called Chipotle. They do OK, but the reason there aren't more is that organic and "healthy" food is more expensive and carries it's own health risks.
There may be a niche restaurant opportunity for a vegan place, but I think a chain would be hard pressed to expand beyond major metro's due to the lack of vegans just about everywhere.

What is the first thing that attracts you in the opposite gender?
I don't think there is necessarily a first "thing", but a first set of things. Facial symmetry, clean hair, straight teeth when they smile, confidence, intelligence, physical fitness and balance (I know, but being uncoordinated makes me think they are unaware of their surroundings). Scoring high in these areas can make me more or less attracted to someone.

A Subaru Outback. Not sure which trim level, but I'd probably take the 2.5i engine for the fuel economy.
Have you ever broken up with a friend ?
Not that I can think of. Disagreements with friends have lead to wanting to spend less time with them until we just didn't talk anymore, but that was more of a mutual ghosting than a breakup.
What would your dream date be like?
Like, someone taking me out? A decent dinner and a couple of drinks, a stroll about a neighborhood for a little bit to talk, then going to an action movie of some kind (Sci-fi or superhero, preferably), followed by some bar hopping, and ending up back home at the end of the evening without having spent a dime on any of it.

IRL? Idk. Probably been a week or so. Sometimes the wife and I discuss things more loudly than necessary with each other. Although my youngest son yells a lot lately.
What lies do you most often tell yourself?
I don't lie to myself. I haven't found it helpful. I do, occasionally, deliberately avoid topics with myself.
what are some ways you manage stress?
I spend time by myself. Going for a 2 mile walk or lifting weights is good. But so is spending a few hours on YouTube and Twitter without being bothered.

Gotta be about your brand. Tie it back to the image you want people to have of you that reminds them what you about. Are you a Chad? Then go with something like swoldude. See what I mean?
