Yes, a court marriage is very much a possibility and a Muslim Male can convert to Hindu but he will be doing shirk and will be in line of danger cause other Muslims will not spare his life and Female Muslim cannot marry any Hindu cause its forbidden according to the teachings of Islam and we hold no right to question it by whatever means.
