That’s cool 😎 I’m glad you found something that helps my great grandfather (I never met but I heard story’s) was really into reading and writing poetry he wrote a Poem for one of my aunts when she was younger and would write a lot of poetry we have a first edition of a book from like the 20s or earlier that has been rebound but a professional many times it’s so well read it’s a book full of old and famous poems in it it belonged to my great grandfather then my grandfather and my grandfather gave it to my mom so it’s my moms now but poetry helps a lot of people get things out that that want to be said but isn’t said so both writing and poetry is a very good outlet to help get feelings out on paper and have it out in the open and not bottled inside and it helps a person to get all there frustration and anger and pain out without it being in the open and having us feel like we are letting everyone and everything known when we don’t want to but it should also be out so writing it In a book like a diary or poems will help get the feelings out that need to be out and help us get better!
