Honestly I don’t 🤷🏽♀️. I don’t go to the gym, I try to eat kale with some of my meals when I have time to eat. I’m so lazy but I definitely wanna change that

It depends on the person that’s going though it. If you have kids I would say try to work it out. I honestly feel like almost everyone cheats some people just don’t find out about it.
