With great horror and great remorse, the father has his son to his chest, pressing hard on the wound in the hope that this nightmare will come to an end.
His eyes say everything, the panic mixed with remorse, sadness and tears, which the painter miraculously embodied!
This painting makes you wonder how the artist to show the features of panic and regret this idealism !
