I think I answered this be4444... "sigh".. I was over 320lbs for long, long time.
1. I found a big hill,
2. bought 2 or 3 bags of "sand" place them in a sturdy mountaineering style bag (think Northface)
3. Trek up and down the hill (down carefully) carrying the bag
4. Do this for several hours a week
5. Switch from complex food to basic (think spud, fish, vegetables or rice, chicken, not sauces, ready meals, fast food etc)
If you think there is some magic shortcut, it does not exist. You will need to find a couple hours a week, until goal weight is reached, then maintain, but to shift the first batch surplus of poundage will take over 100 hours, it doesnt matter how you get them in, just get the hours in. Sorry if this is not a "nice" answer. I just talk from experience, my experience isn't wrong.. If you think there is better way, good luck, let me know, everyone wants to know asap lol k thank bye 😊👋
