Flip a coin, because it shows you what you actually want to do. If you get an answer and feel disappointed with it... just choose to do the opposite thing.

Not sure how using rock, paper, scissors would work for decision making. I'd probably use a dice for the sake of having more than two outcomes or solutions on the decision.
