What are your thoughts on text to speech?
There is nothing I have a greater love/hate realtionship with than TTS. I use it constantly. My phone goes off at all hours of the day because somebody needs something, whether they are two blocks away are 2000 miles away. I spend an average of 18 hours a day awake and 16 1/2 of those hours I have a phone on my person and the other close by. Apple has way too many things built into Siri that you can not change control or take out. Most of them have to do with the TTS. I honestly am hoping there is a similar attitude shift from txting-to-facetime as there was witing letters-to-telegram. Txting, even with the TTS, can take too long to convey a simple thing that if I could see the person know exactly what they wanted to convey. And see if they are lying. I look forward to the day of facetime on every device being the only way to communicate.

FIve years or so was the last family dinner that will be from that family structure. I personally do not have any tiny humans so the "family" has a different dynamic to me.
What embarrasses you most?
Jumping to a conclusion too quickly. It is something I have actively tried to work on for many years. I do well and then if just the right amount of stupid meets the right people, all progress disappears.
Do you follow the rules ?
No. Rules are created by the idea of how the world should be to other people and, for the most part, I don't care for it. Or them. I learned a LONG time ago it is WAY easier to ask for forgiveness than permission.
