Learning a new language ? Interesting !! How can ppl learn new languages -in your own opinion- I mean the best way you advise

Thanl you! The best way in my opinion is getting a teacher in that specific language. Of you can get a native speaker that would be even better. Keeping the language though, I highly suggest watching shows and movies in said language for the speaking and reading books in that langauge to strengthen writing and reading.
