What's something that you're passionate about that makes you extremely happy besides parenting ?

I'm not a parent, so music and sea animals.
music is everything; it has changed my life and made me who I am.
working with marine animals is what I want to do for a career. whenever I walk through an aquarium, I get overwhelmed and act like a giddy little kid.

How do you remember your first love ?

I try not to remember him, to be honest.
We ended very badly and traumatically.

Why do some people look for every reason for something to fail, every excuse to give up/not bother trying, then complain when there's a negative outcome?

They're negative toward life in general, but don't want to accept the blame

Do you ever find yourself second guessing your relationship with others or your partner?

nope, I'm super confident in my relationship and friendships

Tell me about your favorite teacher?

Miss Danielle Prior (she's married now) and Dr. Brian Cardany.
Miss Prior was my band director in high school and Brian was the director of bands at URI.
Miss Prior helped me realize my potential as a musician; I was in concert/pep band and jazz band. I was section leader my senior year and I had a couple solos.
Brian, as director of the marching band, concert band, and pep band, allowed me to continue with my passion for music. I was flute section leader my 4th year. And he is our chapter sponsor of KKPsi. We always felt that we could turn to him for guidance.

how come you don't like mario

ah, okay, story time.
so, a few years ago I lived in a dorm with my best friends. Jamie didn't live with us, but her boyfriend did and she was over all the time, so she let us keep her N64 there. Mario Kart was our shit; like, we played it just about every night. we each had our character and I always played as Mario. I learned really fast though that Mario's character sucks in that game. I'd tell him to do one thing, he'd do something else, and the little shit would never stay on the track. I'd get so frustrated that I'd blame Mario for everything and yell things at the screen like "dammit Mario" or "screw you Mario." (eventually I switched to Donkey Kong, but that's not relevant to the story.)
one day at the end of that semester, my Twitter got hacked and I had no way to get it back, so I had to make a new account. I wanted my new username to be kind of random, so this person would have a harder time finding me again. The best, most random thing I could think of was "screwyou_mario" and eventually I started using it on other sites too.
The end.

Why do you think people in long term relationships eventually start losing interest in having sex with their partner?

there are many possible reasons.
-loss of the emotion connection
-loss of the physical connection
-too busy or tired
-hormonal issues
-sex not being the main priority anymore
and I don't think it's always a complete lose of interest in having sex, I think it's more of a loss of interest in having sex as frequently.

why do people stereotype abuse as a man hitting a woman, when women sometimes hit others and that they're are various control tactics used (by men and woman, but maybe more commonly the latter) that are considered ok or even supported by feminists as they resemble intriguing female movie icons

no true feminist would support any kind of abuse against anyone, and I don't know what "control tactics" you are talking about.
I wouldn't say "abuse= a man hitting a women" is a stereotype. It's more of a sexist bias. Women are seen as the "weaker" gender, so if I man were to say he was being abused by a woman, he would be seen as weak too and they'll say he should be able to defend himself against a man. And this is the kind of stuff feminists are fighting against.

What would you do if you met someone who got turned on by giving you foot massages?

I'd ask them to please keep that kind of information to themselves.

What is the worst thing a friend has done to you?

I had a friend seriously call me a slut and a cunt once when he was drunk.
He didn't know he said it until the next morning when someone told him. I wasn't there when they told him what he said, but apparently he felt terrible about it. He texted me and apologized profusely.
