I have no idea what "Civitan" is. I'm not part of any civic organizations.
The closest thing I can think of is the Honorary Fraternity that I'm in, but I don't think that counts.

What makes someone a toxic person?

Someone who is selfish, and makes decisions only for themselves, not caring if anyone else gets hurt. Or even intentionally hurt them.

How do you usually vent through writing or verbal words?

If I'm venting vocally, I'll go to my boyfriend, which is what I do most times. Though I do often text Katie/Leigh-Anne or make a post on tumblr

I've been to every city in my state. When you live in the smallest state, this happens by accident.
I've been to Washington DC, which was really nice. I love history, so I really enjoyed it. But I went with a conference, so I could only do so much. I'd like to go again to check out more of the sites.
I've been to New York City, too. The shopping was great, but the streets are too crowded. And every time I've went was around Thanksgiving, so it was really cold.
States I've been two: Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Hampshire, Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, Florida. And I've driven through all the states on the east coast south of Rhode Island. MA and CT aren't anything special, except for Boston. New Hampshire is nice for camping in the summer. The southern states are beautiful, but really hot during the summer.
The only country I've visited is Portugal. We went to the Azores. It was absolutely beautiful. The food was great, and learning more about the culture was such a great experience. I even picked up a few words in Portuguese.
