If you were returned to your hometown and had $100,000 to distribute, how would you distribute the money?
I've never really even left my hometown. but if I had that much money to pass out, I'd give it to the loan companies and the dealership I bought my car from. I have so many bills and a lot of debt to pay. I'd pay off a good amount of those things, and those companies would have their money. it's a win-win situation.
What would you do to reduce a child’s TV time and improve the quality of TV?
it's not hard to shut off the television and take the child outside. there are so many other activities to do with a child. as for the second part of this question, there's not much we can do to improve the quality of television. as long as the shows the child is watching are educational, it'll be beneficial.
Super Mallory.I hope you will follow with love, guidance, discipline, education, when you have children.May God Bless You.
thanks anon!
What is the greatest need for children today?
love, guidance, discipline, education.
What are the advantages or disadvantages of enrolling children in pre-school?
I suppose it allows children the possibility of socializing with children their own age, and helps teach them the basics of education before kindergarten. But I also think parents should take some responsibility of teaching these basics. Though I don't know first hand. I don't have any children and I was never put in preschool.
Well said Mallory.Education system need some changes with reality.
Agreed, anon.
In Japan, children go to school six days a week and 280 days a year. In America, children go to school approximately 180 days a year. How can we compete with education in Japan?
American culture and Japanese culture are very different. I think students need time off to be children too, so I wouldn't say have them spend more time at school. I think that if we just hired teachers who were more passionate about teaching and their students' well-being, and had a more comprehensive curriculum, students of today would be better off.
How do you feel about the educational system in our country?
I think it's insufficient and secondary education is far too expensive.
hey you are so pretty like my 40 answers and i will like your 50 :)
I don't do this "like for like" business, just like it says in my bio. sorry.
How do you handle peer pressure?
I don't think I face peer pressure, to be honest. I mean, I'm sure it exists in my life, but I don't see it. I make my own decisions for my own happiness, no one else's.
You are very correct Mallory Ann.Discipline and respect is not there at all.
I know, it's rather worrying.
What is the biggest problem facing teens today?
lack of discipline and respect
What do you think of guys with foot fetishes?
if that's what you're into, okay. But I find it odd and I don't think it should be pushed on someone who doesn't share the same fetish.
do you wear slippers? if so, what do they look like and how often? if not, why not?
I don't wear slippers.
Do we need a national Health Care System in America?
I think everyone should get the health care they deserve, but our government just doesn't have the money to implement a plan like that. I really appreciate getting real questions! but I don't know very much about politics and government policies and such.
If you could have a conversation with the President, what would you like to say?
Honestly, I'd probably ask him which laws he proposed to the Senate that ended up being rejected. We obviously know which laws and plans were approved, but I think it's also important to understand what changes he tried to make to this country, but wasn't allowed.
Why would someone want to go on a space trip?
Because outer space is really awesome and interesting, obviously.
Start children reading early; don't wait until they start school to teach them how to read. Read to children often, so they have an interest in reading themselves from a young age. And as for those people who have trouble reading, focus more on teaching them, rather than just brushing them aside and letting them struggle.
does access to condoms at a younger age actually PREVENT teen pregnancies? why or why not?
In theory, yes. The point of condoms IS to prevent teen pregnancies. So if they were more readily available, it would make sense that unplanned pregnancies would occur. Though of course there is no guarantee that teens will use them, but it's a start.
Is the death penalty effective (Note** regardless if you are FOR or AGAINST it, does it currently work?) Why or Why not?
I mean, I would have to say so. The point of the death penalty is to eliminate criminals who will never be fit to live in society without harming others. Death is a pretty effective, permanent way to handle the situation.
opinion on beauty pageants?
For adult beauty pageants, that is their decision and if that's what they want to do, okay. For child beauty pageants, I think as long as they are kept natural, and the child seems happy, then they are fine. However, if the child is being made-up and isn't enjoying his/herself, and if the parent is demanding and controlling of the child, then I am against it. The child should be happy and should still be treated like a child.
