Move on. People will always hurt you intentionally or not. I personally love everyone but trust no one. I never expect anyone to keep my secrets or to "not betray me" in whatever form it comes. Because life is wierd and everyone has their own. You don't have to understand reasons but you can try if you really care. Forgive but not forget. Learn.
