Not YET. This is something that world doesn't agree on at the same time. Other countries have this law much much worse. Like if you're caught with a joint in Lithuania you could face up to 5 years behind bars, so knowing that, I know eventually we'll get to a world where we can smoke weed like we can drink alcohol, but this doesn't happen in every corner of the world at the same time sadly.
