I dunno. It's one of those "we'll have to wait and see" kind of senarios. I think they will either A, heavilly censor it with some extra mist or something, but still imply what's going on, or B, skip the scene entirely.

As someone who has watched Shippuden in subs, and likes it a bit better in subs, tell the anon that the fillers are not better at all in sub form. They are still boring and serve no real purpose.

Pretty much. Just because the show's in another language, that doesn't magically get rid of the show's obnoxious fillers and slow pacing. Good writing does that, and as of this point on Toonami, Shippuden has been lacking that.
