I don't think so.
From movies and books we know that ghost are not visible in our spectrum of light. If it comes to interfering with items that is different in every movie or book. Anyway, there is no such a thing like a ghostbusters or ghost repellent crew, so by now, there should be ghosts in every corner of this planet, but there isn't.
